    Rustico in Alexandria. Best burger I’ve had since…. The Golden Steer in NNJ when I was ten. Seriously. Amazing. Simply great margherita pizza too. Run by same folks as EatBar.

    The black burger goes great with a thin sliced havarti cheese melting over the top of the beef.

    Mmmm… just thinking about it is making me hungry

    Oh, forgot to mention that a melted gouda cheese goes great on the Ardeo. Just make sure you let the cheese cool a bit after you have melted it.
