Gorgeous work, as usual—and perfect end-of-summer fare. Mmmm…ribs…
Thanks, Liz. The ribs are from KBQ, the same folks who were concessionaires at the Folklike Festival this summer. I thought their food at the restaurant was excellent. The surprise star was the broccoli salad.
