Do they spell it Briskette or Brisket? They spell it Brisket — that’s just me not knowing how to spell it. I guess if you over cook your brisket, it becomes a briskette. It’s a BBQ/beer/ribs kind of joint in Charlotte, although it has now been overtaken by yuppies. Excellent food.
