You are overstating your comments on what New Jersey calls a ‘Sloppy Joe’ sandwich. First off, the state of New Jersey does exist below Trenton, where people are not influenced by New York. Yes, we are a mix of Philadelphians and locals, but we don’t try to act like we’re not! Secondly, just because a small group of mixed up folks in North Jersey use a name for something that the rest of the country already recognizes it by only adds to their alienation. In the future, try not to lump in a few lost souls with an entire state.
